St. Pete for Peace

On Aug. 6, 2009, Baywalk's owners told the St. Petersburg city council that keeping the sidewalk public is a "deal-breaker," meaning that unless the city gives the sidewalk to the owners they will not go through with plans to spend up to $6 million revitalizing the property (read).  The following public documents support that statement.
