A
few post-election thoughts
- For
those in Florida who "strategically" voted for Obama because he's
(supposedly) the "lesser of two evils", you compromised your vote for
nothing. Your vote didn't matter because Obama won the
election before
results from Florida were finalized.
- For
those who voted for Obama - for whatever reason - now you need to step
up. Your vote for Obama told him you agree with Wall Street,
drones,
his attack on protestor's rights, the torture of Bradley Manning,
bailouts, his silence on rampant sexual assaults in the military, the
war on drugs, covert wars, Israel's occupation of Palestine, corporate
elections, etc.
- For those
who voted for
Obama because he’s better than Romney on women’s
and LGBT issues, how
would you feel if people voted for someone who was great on foreign
policy issues but as an incumbent attempted to overturn Roe v. Wade and
was homophobic?

Both
candidates support a savage U.S. foreign policy, Obama or
Romney: Either way the war machine and Wall St. win.
